Funny Fact: Ski Canada named me with the best blog entry for 2010 in Canada!  Hilariously awesome!  How does me blogging/BSing about some dead lobsters even make to the editors desk for Ski Canada?  I had no idea.  Either way I’m pretty stoked that my first blog ever and me just having fun with it somehow got recognized.  Maybe I really am ‘kind of a big deal’.  ha.

Breathing again

Wow, finally after the craziness of the Holidays and some other standard restaurant set backs I finally feel like I can breathe again.  Being able catch up on food prep, family time and sleep goes a long way.  Things are rolling as usual.
