all systems go
Well, after our convection oven had been running on 1 of 3 element since sometime in November; it finally shit the bed so to speak. I had already ordered the replacement part (thankfully), but we were down an oven for about 10 days….10 days full of stressed out prep timelines and overnight planning.
The element arrived yesterday, I called super sparky Dave Taylor and he had it up and running before we opened our doors last night.
Why do these things always seem to happen the month after the warranty runs out? Needless to say I don’t have any good things to say about Imperial Ranges right now.
